- Number of guests allowed varies by property and nature of the event.

- Some locations may require an event permit with certain restrictions such the event hours and music curfews

- Event insurance  is required

- Event planner overseeing the event is required

- Guest must be transported to and from the event

- Deposit and cancellation terms vary by property

- Viewing fees may apply
