RESERVATION SALES

Beautiful Places employs its own team of sales and reservations agents who have broad and deep experience in the luxury vacation rental niche with BeautifulPlaces and other leading brands, including Villas of Distinction, Creative Leisure, HVS Travel, McLaughlin Anderson, and others.

Sales & Operating Partnerships

BP works with an array of distribution partners who list our properties and provide substantial bookings for our owners. Prime examples of these are Airbnb/Luxe, and VRBO and peer, single market luxury operators with whom we list and serve each other's properties. Finally, BP partners with other brands to provide properties and services for their customers in what we call our private label business.

Hospitality Services

Beautiful Places is a high-end, full service operator that caters to the needs of discerning guests and luxury property owners in multiple destinations via location based hospitality services.

We value our relationship with our owner partners in the same way we value our guests. We have been in this business long enough to know that without the full support of owners we cannot succeed.

That is why we do a lot of little things for our owners to make their rental operation experience a success.

Here are a few of them:

  • Secure guest rental agreements and payments, maintain in owner trust account until distribution
  • Provide hospitality services: meet and greet, concierge, trip planning, pre-arrival services, Signature Experience design (see Signature Experiences description under Leisure Pursuits in the navigation bar.)
  • Provide a real-time owner booking calendar
  • Perform/oversee ‘pre' & 'post' stay housekeeping
  • Handle all guest issues 24/7
  • Solicit guest feedback.
  • Assist with property on boarding process, including advising owners on provisioning, readying properties for rental, creating a photo inventory of home contents.
  • Collect and submit local transient occupancy taxes, as required, on owner's behalf
  • Perform pre and post stay property inspections to make sure your home is ready for occupancy and afterward, that damages/issues are dealt with expeditiously
  • Housekeeping services -pre, during and post-stay daily (cleaning available at guest expense)
  • Provide accounting services for guest rentals along with a monthly rental statement

Property Care

BeautifulPlaces offers an optional, complete property management solution for homeowners who, for myriad reasons, cannot or choose not to be actively engaged in the management of their luxury vacation property.
