Hailed by Architectural Digest as "dazzling," this luxurious modern villa sits high above the ocean, affording guests a view of the Sir Frances Drake Passage and Denis Bay. The villa features two heated pools, a game room with a pool table, a fitness room, comfortable indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, and a staircase down to the beach.
Interior Details
Solenborg features wall-to-wall sliding glass doors, opening its open-plan living spaces to the terrace. The travertine tile on the outdoor terrace continues into the great room, where you will find several seating areas and a breakfast bar in the fully-equipped stone-lined kitchen. A cactus-root pedestal table seats up to 14 guests.
The villa’s 7 bedrooms all have an en-suite bathroom, al-fresco showers and ocean views. 5 of the bedrooms have king beds, including the primary suite, one bedroom has a queen bed and one has two double bunk beds. You’ll find Estate Solenborg is an ideal vacation spot for a family reunion, anniversary or birthday celebration or a getaway with a group of friends.
While in Solenborg you’ll feel perfectly private and away from it all, yet the estate is less than a 20-minute walk or drive from shops, restaurants and local attractions. Hike up to the scenic lookout point from the Peace Hill windmill (a 10-minute hike), or stroll down to Jumbie Beach (15-minute walk)
Throughout your stay, the resident manager will be available during daylight hours to assist with any special needs along with coordinating daily concierge and cleaning services.

The local staff can assist with pre-trip suggestions for things to do, private chef dinners and any other special experiences you desire. On arrival day you’ll be met at the ferry dock, assisted with obtaining your rental car and then lead to the villa. The local team is available during your stay to answer any questions you have.
