From time-to-time we are approached by a rental homeowner or a new buyer prospect to assist them with the sale or purchase of their home. We can provide these services directly or refer the opportunity to one of several top real estate agents with whom we collaborate in rental consultancy, rental management and real estate sales. BeautifulPlaces is compensated for Its services in these instances on a standard fee or commission basis.
