What We Love About This Home
The main house features warm interiors, dramatic soaring ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, and dining table with stunning views over the property’s two-acre vineyard and olive trees. Outside you’ll find a large lawn and beautiful pool and lounge area between the main house and the guest studio.
Enjoy the true magic of this property by taking a short stroll to the acclaimed Tres Sabores winery for a private tasting or hop in the car to experience downtown St. Helena which is is less than 3 miles to the north or the restaurants and shops of Yountville are 7 miles to the south, along dozens of wineries in between!
House Rules
This property is subject to local regulations governing vacation rental properties. Under local law, events, parties and outdoor amplified music are not allowed. Overnight and day time occupancy is limited to 4 guests, and rental guests must observe quiet hours between 9:00pm and 9:00am. Any request for a pet to stay on the property must be approved by the owner, and an additional $250 cleaning fee, per pet, applies. This fee does not apply to service animals. Note that the pool is not fenced or covered, and is heated only between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
